What the 8 weeks actually look like.

Five phases. Each one leads into the next. You can't rush through them — because each one sets up what comes after.

Phase 1 — Uncover

You stop guessing. The pattern has a name. And naming it changes everything.


Because most patterns were installed before the age of seven — before you had any say in them. You're not broken. You're patterned. And those are completely different things.


Phase 2 — Unravel

You feel it shift — sometimes in a single session. Like you've set something down you didn't realise you were still carrying.


Because the pattern doesn't live in your mind. It lives in your nervous system. That's why you could understand exactly why you do something and still wake up doing it. We go where it actually lives.

Phase 3 — Unburden

The white-knuckling stops. Not because you're managing it better. Because the root has been addressed.


Neuroscience shows that memories are not fixed — every time one is recalled, the brain can update it. We don't talk about what happened. We go back and finish it.


Phase 4 — Unfold

Decisions that used to take days of circling — you just make them. Conversations you would have avoided — you have them. You catch yourself doing things differently and you're not sure when it shifted.


Because every new choice you make from your authentic self lays down a new neural pathway. The brain is literally rewiring. And it compounds.

Phase 5 — Unleash

The internal war stops. What you think, feel, and do are finally pointing the same direction.

Why I built this

I am a pharmacist with 15 years in healthcare.

I spent years watching intelligent people come in with the same prescription for conditions directly linked to how they were living. They knew. They could tell me exactly what needed to change. They came back with the same prescription.

I became a coach because I wanted to understand the gap between knowing and doing. Between insight and change.

I have always been drawn to how the mind works. Not surface-level mindset advice. The actual mechanics. How patterns are installed, how they run automatically, and what the research says it actually takes to interrupt them. My coaching is grounded in psychology and neuroscience. I am not loyal to any single modality. I use what works for the person in front of me. Because the pattern does not care about the method. It cares about precision.

I apply this at home as much as I do in my work. As a mother, I see the patterns running in real time, in my children, in myself. I am not teaching theory. I am living it.

But the most useful thing I bring is not the knowledge.

It is that I have lived this pattern from the inside.

I built this because I needed it to exist. Understanding the pattern intellectually was never enough. I needed someone to show me exactly where it was running and what was keeping it there.

That is what this work does.
